  1. AI-generated responses may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate.

  2. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and configuring your chatbot before making it available to your customers.

  3. You are responsible for the information and training data provided to the chatbot.

  4. You are responsible for any responses, messages, or content displayed to your customers through your chatbot.

  5. AI-generated responses do not constitute legal, medical, financial, professional, or expert advice unless reviewed and approved by a qualified professional.

  6. You should not rely solely on AI-generated responses for sensitive, critical, or high-risk decisions.

  7. The quality of chatbot responses depends on the quality, accuracy, and completeness of the data provided by you.

Eazobot works continuously to improve service quality, but we do not guarantee that all AI-generated responses will be 100% accurate or error-free.


8. Training Data and Uploaded Content

The platform may allow you to upload, enter, or connect content to train your chatbot, including but not limited to FAQs, PDF files, website pages, product information, shipping policies, return policies, business information, and other knowledge base materials.

You confirm that:

  1. You have the legal right to upload and use such content.

  2. Your content does not violate any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or third-party rights.

  3. You will not upload confidential, restricted, or sensitive data unless you are authorized to do so.

  4. You are fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you provide.

  5. You grant Eazobot a limited license to use, process, store, and display such content only for the purpose of providing, operating, and improving the service.

We reserve the right to remove or reject any content that violates these Terms or may harm the platform, other users, or third parties.


9. Website and Third-Party Platform Integrations

Eazobot may allow you to integrate chatbots or related services with websites, online stores, third-party platforms, APIs, webhooks, plugins, or embedded scripts.

You acknowledge that:

  1. Successful integration may depend on your website, hosting environment, platform settings, or third-party service provider.

  3. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, external plugins, hosting providers, or website configurations.

We may provide integration instructions and support where possible, but we do not guarantee that every integration will work on every platform, website, or environment without additional configuration.


10. Subscription Plans and Packages

Eazobot may offer free, trial, paid, monthly, yearly, or custom subscription plans.

Each plan may differ based on:

  • Number of conversations or messages.

  • Number of team members.

  • Data storage limits.

  • File upload limits.

  • Number of websites or domains.

11. Free Trial

18. Technical Support

Support level and response time may vary depending on your subscription plan.

Technical support may include:

Unless agreed separately, technical support does not include:

  • Developing or modifying your website.

  • Custom coding for external systems.

  • Managing your online store.

  • Writing full business content on your behalf.

  • Advanced setup inside third-party platforms.

  • Consulting, operational, or business management services outside the platform scope.


19. Service Availability and Downtime

We aim to provide a stable and reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance.

  • System updates.

  • Technical issues.

  • Hosting or network failures.

  • Third-party service outages.

  • Security incidents.

  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

We will try to minimize downtime where possible, but Eazobot shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from service interruptions, delays, or performance issues.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for:

  4. Managing your customer data legally and securely.

  5. Responding to customer requests related to their personal data where applicable.

23. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Eazobot, including software, code, design, interface, branding, logos, trademarks, content, databases, workflows, documentation, and platform technology, are owned by or licensed to Eazobot.

You must not:

  1. Copy, modify, reproduce, resell, or redistribute the platform.

  2. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.

  3. Use our brand, logo, or trademarks without written permission.

  4. Create a competing service based on direct copying of the platform.

32. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eazobot, its owners, employees, partners, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  1. Your unlawful use of the platform.

  2. Your violation of these Terms.

  3. Your violation of third-party rights.

  4. The content or data you upload, process, or use.

  5. Your use of the chatbot with your customers or end users.

  6. Your failure to comply with privacy, data protection, or consumer protection laws.


34. No Business Guarantee

Eazobot does not guarantee any specific business results, including increased sales, higher conversion rates, reduced support costs, improved customer satisfaction, or revenue growth.

Actual results may vary depending on your business type, data quality, chatbot setup, website traffic, customer behavior, operational process, and marketing strategy.


35. Use of Customer Name and Logo

Unless you request otherwise in writing, Eazobot may use your business name, logo, or brand name in customer lists, case studies, marketing materials, or website references.

We will not disclose confidential account information, private data, or sensitive business details without your permission.

You may request removal of your name or logo from our marketing materials by contacting us.


36. External Links

Our website or platform may contain links to third-party websites or services.

We do not control these external websites and are not responsible for their content, policies, practices, availability, or security.

Your use of any external link or third-party website is at your own risk.


37. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, update, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform or service at any time.

This may include adding, removing, changing, or limiting certain features, integrations, plans, or tools.
